Join us on Sunday December 3rd, 2017 for an end of year gathering with a cooking class, lunch and kitchen garden tour. Hosted by Cultivating Community, we'll be learning how to make two Eritrean dishes (a main and dessert), followed by lunch (eating the meal we've just learnt to cook), African coffee, and a kitchen garden tour of the Fitzroy Community Garden. LIMITED spots available so do get in quick!

Getting there: Parking - Limited amount of 2 hour parking nearby or Public Transport - Number 86 or 11 tram to Stop 13 (corner of Gertrude and Brunswick Streets), Number 86 tram to Stop 14 (Napier/Gertrude Streets), or the Number 86 Tram to Stop 17 (Charles/Smith Streets), and walk to rear of 125 Napier St, Fitzroy.

Note: We will have some DC gifts available for sale in time for Christmas on the day.
Note: A percentage of the sales from each ticket sold will cover the wages for our cook Shadya of Cultivating Community (our hosts), support a worker, as well as cover the cost of ingredients. Any additional funds will go towards the Cultivating Community After School Cooking Program.
